I canceled my BetterMe subscription months ago after deciding the app wasn’t suitable for me. However, I just realized that for the past 4 months, they’ve been charging my credit card without my consent. The total amount deducted is ₺300, even though my account shows the subscription as canceled.
Four days ago, they processed payments for all 4 months at once, which I only noticed when reviewing my transactions. This is highly frustrating and unacceptable.
I am requesting an immediate refund for the unauthorized charges. BetterMe must address this issue, ensure no further deductions are made, and improve their cancellation process to prevent this from happening to others. Prompt resolution is expected.
