I signed up for a one-week trial, but when I was asked for more money during the confirmation process, I decided not to continue and tried to cancel my membership right away. Even though I have sent multiple emails to cancel my membership and received confirmation that they were received, the company has not cancelled my membership and is still charging my credit card. I'm upset about what's happening. As a customer, I feel like I've been cheated and misled by the company. A company shouldn't ignore customers' requests to cancel and keep charging them for services they don't want or use. I want Better Me to stop my subscription right away and refund all charges that were made to my credit card without my permission.
