BetterMe Still Charging Me After Cancellation—No Support or Refund

I canceled my BetterMe subscription, yet the company continues to charge my card. I have tried multiple times to stop these payments, sent messages, and followed all cancellation steps, but the charges still won’t stop.

This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. A company should not be charging customers after they have canceled their membership. Worse, there is no customer support available—I have tried every possible way to contact them, but I have received no response.

BetterMe, I demand a full refund! You cannot keep taking money from my account without authorization. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately, or I will take legal action to stop these unauthorized transactions!
