I purchased a one-month subscription to BetterMe, but the app continued to charge my card automatically even after I canceled the subscription. Canceling through the app was unnecessarily difficult, and I had to struggle to find where to cancel it. Despite successfully canceling, the charges have not stopped.

This is unacceptable, and I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charges. If the deducted amount is not refunded promptly, I will file a formal complaint. BetterMe’s practices feel deceptive and unfair to customers.

You cannot mislead people and charge them for services they have already canceled. Please resolve this issue immediately, ensure the charges stop, and confirm my refund.

They processed the refund on the same day and said the subscription was canceled. Thank you for resolving it quickly.
