In April, I signed up for a 1-month subscription on the BetterMe app to try it out. I didn’t like the app at all, so I deleted it immediately after the first month—assuming the subscription would end. I never approved any recurring payments.

However, I just realized that BetterMe has been charging my credit card every month without my consent. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was never notified of an automatic renewal, and I was never asked for authorization. I feel misled and taken advantage of.

I demand that my BetterMe subscription be canceled immediately and that no further charges are applied to my card. I also request that the team review the charges made after April and refund any unauthorized payments.

This issue needs to be resolved quickly. If not, I will report this to my bank and consumer protection agencies.
