BetterMe Unauthorized Transaction On My Credit Card

BetterMe charged me extra without my consent. I initially registered at the offered price of $19.99, but I was unexpectedly charged $40.99 additionally. This feels deceptive, and I would not recommend using BetterMe to anyone. If you don’t want to be overcharged, avoid this app. They have not responded to my complaint, whether through their website or the app itself.

I have reviewed your message and would like to clarify the situation. I did not authorize the $40.99 charge for the BetterMe 1-on-1 Coaching Plan. I only purchased the $19.99 subscription, and upon noticing the additional charge, I immediately canceled the $40.99 membership. I demand a refund for the unauthorized $40.99 charge as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to contact the dispute department of my credit card provider and pursue legal action. Please ensure that the refund is processed promptly.
