BetterMe is too expensive! It started at €5.99, then increased to €99, dropped to €52.00, and then went back to €99. This is outrageous, and I want a refund. I tried to cancel my subscription after the first month, but BetterMe has continued to take money from me—a significant amount. It’s very misleading to start at €5.99 and then suddenly jump to €99. I demand a refund, especially since I haven’t used the app after the first month and have already canceled it. I also need reassurance that my account has been properly canceled.
