BetterMe Charged Me After I Canceled My Subscription and Deleted the App
I subscribed to BetterMe for only one month. When I decided not to continue using it, I canceled my subscription. However, the following month, I discovered that BetterMe charged me again without my consent. I followed the cancellation process correctly and even deleted the app. I don’t understand why I am still being charged. I expect BetterMe to resolve this issue immediately.
