I subscribed to BetterMe for a $14 trial in September 2024 and made sure I cancelled before thr trial period ends. However, I recently discovered that BetterMe has been charging me $50.12 every month from October 2024 upto present without my consent. This is completely unacceptable! I followed the cancellation process correctly, so why am I still being charged? I demand a full refund for these unauthorized payments and expect BetterMe to fix this issue immediately or I will file a dispute from my bank. It’s disappointing that such a well-rated app would trap users in ongoing charges. I urge BetterMe to stop charging customers unfairly and process my refund as soon as possible!
