BetterMe Charged Me Extra Without Consent and Isn’t Responding to My Complaint
BetterMe charged me extra without my consent. I initially registered at the offered price of $16, but just two days later, I was unexpectedly charged $39. This feels deceptive, and I would not recommend using BetterMe to anyone. If you don’t want to be overcharged, avoid this app. They have not responded to my complaint, whether through their website or the app itself.
