BetterMe Membership Cancellation And Receiving Payment


I downloaded the BetterMe app, registered as a member, and purchased a one-month subscription. I decided to cancel my membership after a month of use. When I log into the app now, however, there is no record of my membership. Nonetheless, they continue to deduct fees from my account, and I can't seem to reach anyone for assistance. They charged me again in October. I'd like my money back. My experience with the BetterMe app has been a disappointment. It's upsetting to see fees deducted when I'm not even using the service. I've been attempting to resolve this problem, but have received no response or resolution from their end. I'm requesting help and hoping for a prompt refund of the funds that were wrongfully withdrawn from my account.
