They continue to charge me even though I haven't used the app in two to three months. I strongly advise against giving the BetterMe app permission to withdraw funds—it will only lead to regret. It's truly exasperating because I can't seem to get out of this situation; no one responds, and no information is provided. The app lacks a simple cancellation process, and there is no phone number to reach them. I'm at a loss for words.
