Two Months of BetterMe App Unauthorized Charges and Failed Cancellations

I've been trying to cancel my subscription to this app through every available channel of communication for the past two months, but all I've gotten are automated email responses. They continue to charge me even though I haven't used the app in two to three months. I strongly advise against giving the BetterMe app permission to withdraw funds—it will only lead to regret. It's truly exasperating because I can't seem to get out of this situation; no one responds, and no information is provided. The app lacks a simple cancellation process, and there is no phone number to reach them. I'm at a loss for words. I beg BetterMe to refund my money and, more importantly, to cancel my membership permanently. This has been nothing less than a nightmare.

BetterMe has been deducting money from my account for three months, but I haven't been using the app at all. I've been sending emails for three months, but my membership hasn't been canceled. Nobody has been helpful. Today, they deducted money from my account again, even though I don't use the app. I want my money back, and I want my membership canceled. BetterMe is not providing any assistance, and there's no option to cancel within the app. Very disappointing.



Hello! Thank you for your comment. Each user is billed according to the subscription plan they choose. And to avoid any further renewals, it's necessary to cancel the subscription beforehand.
