BetterMe Unauthorized Charges, Refund Needed

I bought a one-time application from the BetterMe application, even though I canceled my membership and deleted the application, I have been charged for months and I realized this too late. I request a refund for all the months I have not used the application. There is no such thing, there is no application, I do not even see my application purchase in the subscriptions. I have been trying to find out where it was deducted for a long time. Please help me and refund all the months I have not used the application.
