“Thanks for your quick response. Could you please help me find out if I can get a refund for the monthly subscription fee back to my credit card? I did not use the service, and even though I canceled it, I was still charged.”

I canceled my BetterMe subscription right away, but they have been charging me for several months. I have not used it at all. I want to cancel it and get a refund. Even though I never used the app and deleted it from my phone, they kept charging me every month.
