I subscribed to BetterMe for one month but never used the app. On September 14, I canceled my subscription, yet charges have continued to be deducted from my card. This is completely unacceptable, as charging a canceled account is both unfair and misleading.

I demand an immediate refund for all unauthorized charges taken after I canceled my membership. BetterMe must ensure that subscription cancellations are honored promptly to avoid inconveniencing its customers. Please address this issue urgently and resolve it by processing my refund and preventing further deductions. It is essential that BetterMe reviews its cancellation policies to prevent similar issues for other users.
