I realized that BetterMe had charged my card without my permission. I have already canceled my subscription, but I would like to get a refund for the month of September, which I did not utilize. I was pleased with the app, but I had no notice or communication regarding this price. If I hadn't checked my account, I would not have discovered the fraudulent transaction at 2:16 a.m. This unexpected charge is troubling, and I'd like to learn more about why it occurred. I request that BetterMe immediately stop these charges and refund the sum deducted from my card without my approval. Your rapid assistance in resolving this situation is greatly appreciated.
