I subscribed to BetterMe and canceled my membership before the first month even ended to avoid auto-renewal. However, despite canceling, they continue to charge my card every month without my consent.

I never authorized these charges, and I am extremely frustrated that my card is being billed without my permission. This is completely unacceptable, and I demand an immediate refund for all unauthorized deductions.

BetterMe, stop charging me and return my money now! If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will take further action. No one should have to deal with hidden charges after canceling a subscription. Fix this now!
