I subscribed to BetterMe for a one-week trial, but without my consent, an additional monthly fee was deducted from my account. I did not authorize this charge, and now I am unable to cancel my account through their platform.

This is unacceptable, and I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized transaction. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter by filing complaints with relevant authorities.

BetterMe must address this issue, refund the deducted amount, and ensure users can cancel their accounts easily. Unauthorized charges and poor customer service damage trust. Please resolve this issue immediately and confirm the refund.
