BetterMe Still Charges Monthly Despite Cancelled Subscription—Requesting Refund

I canceled my BetterMe subscription, yet the app continues to charge my card every month. This issue has persisted, and once again, I was charged this month. Due to these unauthorized charges, I had to cancel my card, which is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.

I demand a full refund for all charges made after my subscription was canceled. BetterMe needs to address this issue and stop charging me for a service I no longer use. If this problem is not resolved promptly, I will file a formal complaint against the company. Please respect your users and ensure proper subscription management to avoid such issues in the future.
