BetterMe App Keeps Charging After Cancellation

I just realized that my credit card is being charged on a monthly basis by the BetterMe app, even though I already cancelled my subscription. I reached out to my lawyer and provided a detailed explanation of how I had already cancelled my subscription. However, to my dismay, BetterMe continues to deduct funds from my account. I deeply regret ever subscribing to this app.

Please cancel the withdrawal from my credit card, put an end to this nonsense, you are unfairly profiting.
