BDG Win Fails to Credit ₹10,000 Paytm UPI Deposit

I deposited ₹10,000 to the BDG Win platform on February 1, 2026, at around 11:35 a.m., using Paytm UPI, but the amount has not been credited to my BDG Win account. The payment was successfully completed on my side, yet the deposit is still missing on the platform. My BDG Win UID is 14159464. I have already contacted both Paytm and BDG Win support regarding this issue. Despite this, my problem has not been resolved, and I feel that BDG Win has acted unfairly toward me, as the money was deducted but never credited. I urgently need this money, and I request that my ₹10,000 be credited to my BDG Win account immediately without any further delay.
