ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 Wears Out in Months Despite Light Running

I purchased the ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 running shoes from the ASICS store at Zorlu Center in Istanbul on April 29, 2025. I used the shoes for approximately seven months, at a relatively low frequency of once or twice a week. Despite this limited use, I noticed significant wear and tearing on the collar area, including the inner upper rear and side sections, on both the right and left shoes. I became aware of this issue in December 2025. Due to this problem, I returned the shoes to the store where I purchased them for inspection. Following the inspection, I was informed that “the issue was determined not to be caused by a manufacturing defect.” However, considering the frequency and duration of my use and the premium segment of this shoe model, I do not believe that such a level of deformation in such a short period is acceptable, and I believe it indicates a manufacturing quality issue. I do not find either the condition of the product or the negative inspection result to be justified, and I request that my grievance be resolved. I am requesting a full refund for my ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 running shoes.
