BetterMe Charged Me for Months Despite Only Wanting a 1-Month Trial

I signed up for a 1-month trial with BetterMe, but I’ve just realized that my credit card has been charged for months as if my subscription was ongoing. I only used the app regularly for 1-2 weeks and was unaware that payments would continue and even increase in price.

Despite the app not being installed on my phone, charges have continued. I’ve now canceled my subscription, and I demand an immediate refund for the extra charges. If this issue is not resolved, I will take it to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Please resolve this and refund my money as soon as possible.
