I deposited ₹5,000 to the Bdg game, but the amount has still not been credited to my game account. I sent this payment via PhonePe on 29/01/2026 from my PhonePe number 8979862568 to the UPI ID jyotishsarama***@idbi. Despite the payment being successfully completed from my side, the money has not appeared in my Bdg game account, and I have not received any proper response from Bdg game or any support team regarding this issue. This situation is causing me inconvenience as my funds are stuck without any update. I request that my ₹5,000 be immediately credited to my Bdg game account, or that the issue be checked and resolved urgently, so that I can use the money I deposited.
