Parimatch Urgent Payment Request
I deposited an amount of Rs. 2000 to my Parimatch account via UPI on 03 February 2026 at around 08:39 PM. The money was successfully debited from my UPI/bank account and is visible in my transaction history, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I am unable to reach Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, so I am raising my complaint here. I have the payment screenshot as proof of the successful transaction, and my Player ID is 131948884. I request that the pending deposit of Rs. 2000 be credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible or that the amount be refunded to my original payment method, and I also ask you to consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Hi Team, It's been almost 9 days now and still the payment has not been added yet to my parimatch account. I have been sending emails and they are just stating that the request is being handled by their billing or payment team but nothing has happened yet.
