BetterMe Continues to Charge After Canceled Subscription – Unjust Billing Issues

My complaint concerns the cancellation of my BetterMe subscription. Despite canceling my membership, BetterMe has continued to deduct fees from my account each month. Why am I being charged for an app I no longer use and have already canceled? It’s frustrating to see charges for a service I don’t have access to. This kind of issue shouldn’t be happening – we don’t find money lying on the ground. I need BetterMe to address this matter urgently and stop these unjust charges.
