BetterMe Continues Charging Me Despite Membership Cancellation

I canceled my BetterMe subscription, yet the app keeps charging my card every month. I noticed this issue on my bank statement and discovered that they have been deducting money for months, even though my subscription is canceled in the App Store.

I don’t even remember my username or password, so I can’t log in to check further. This situation is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate oversight to exploit customers.

I demand an immediate refund for all unauthorized charges and a permanent resolution to this issue. BetterMe must respect cancellations and stop charging users without consent. Please address this matter urgently and ensure this doesn’t happen to others!
