BetterMe Subscription Charges Continue After Cancellation

I purchased the BetterMe app in September but canceled my subscription and deleted the app shortly after. I even double-checked that the subscription was successfully canceled under my account. Despite this, BetterMe continues to automatically withdraw money from my card without my consent.

This ongoing issue is both frustrating and unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charges and expect this matter to be resolved promptly. If no action is taken, I will escalate this issue to the Consumer Court. It’s disappointing that I need to take such steps to stop unauthorized transactions. I expect a prompt resolution and my refund without further delay.
