BeterMe Incorrectly Withdrawn Membership Funds

On September 17, I bought a membership to Betterme so I could do wall pilates. Even though I was first told the price would be 199.99 tl, when I checked my account I saw that I had been charged 299.99 tl and 499.99 tl in two separate transactions. I tried to get in touch with them, but I haven't heard back yet. This overcharge has made me angry and worried about the lack of communication and billing differences. I need a quick solution to this problem and a refund for the extra money I was charged. Betterme needs to take care of this quickly if they want to keep their customers happy and keep their good name.
