Unauthorized Charge in BetterMe App for Wall Exercise




Within the BetterMe app, I bought the Wall Exercise to add to my workout routine. When I downloaded the app, however, I was taken to a page about life coaching. Although I did not sign up for the service, I was still charged the full amount of 209 TL. I would like to request a refund for this particular charge. The app recommends contacting the App Store directly in order to submit a refund request. However, when I checked it out in the App Store, it said that it was completely free to use. As it appears that there was a charge made without my authorization, I'm looking for some help to fix this problem.
