My Annoyance With BetterMe's Confusing Billing System
I made a simple purchase using the BetterMe app, purchasing wall plates for 99 tl. To my surprise, they deducted three times that amount from my account. I immediately contacted them, but instead of resolving the issue, they stalled and dragged their feet. This experience has left me extremely frustrated. I want a quick resolution to this issue, including a full refund and the cancellation of my entire membership. It's disheartening to see a company with such a lack of transparency and customer service. What's worse, I didn't make this purchase through Apple and now I'm kicking myself. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others thinking about doing business with BetterMe.
