I enrolled in a one-time ₺500 membership, but to my surprise, BetterMe charged my credit card an extra ₺500 without my consent.

When I tried to cancel my membership, I couldn't do it because the system kept throwing me an error message. I've reached out to BetterMe customer service several times, but unfortunately, they haven't been able to resolve the issue.

I am extremely let down and irritated with BetterMe. I would like a complete refund for the charge that was made without my permission. If I don't get my money back, I'll have no choice but to pursue legal measures.
