Poor Customer Service, and Delayed Refund from Bershka

I recently had a serious problem with Bershka's customer service. After purchasing a leather jacket from their store, I discovered that it was too large for me and decided to return it for a refund. Despite the fact that I returned the item via Yurtiçi Kargo, Bershka did not process the refund until months later. When I contacted Bershka, they informed me that I had sent the item to the incorrect carrier and that they couldn't help me. However, after contacting the correct carrier, I discovered that the returned item was received by a Bershka staff member, but no refund was issued. Bershka has not responded positively to my repeated attempts to resolve this issue since February 10. As a result of their carelessness, my refund period has expired, leaving me and many of my friends who have had similar problems in a difficult situation. This situation has had a significant impact on me as a student, and I find it unacceptable that Bershka's poor customer service has caused such inconvenience.
