Bershka Returned My Purchase Without My Permission


Three days ago, I received an update that the product I purchased from Bershka was out for delivery with Birgün cargo. However, by the end of the day, I was shocked to receive a response stating "out of region - return." Despite spending an hour on the phone over the weekend trying to reach the cargo company, I received no response. Only today, on Monday, was I able to get a reply. I was informed that the product had been returned to the depot in Istanbul and that I would receive a refund instead of the item. However, all I wanted was to receive the product itself. This is an extremely frustrating and unethical situation for a customer. Unfortunately, the desired item is now out of stock. I request appropriate action to be taken.
