Bershka Lost My Coat During Delivery and Refused to Refund or Resolve the Issue
I placed an order for a coat from Bershka's online store, and they promised delivery between November 21-25. Unfortunately, Hepsijet’s tracking system indicated that the package was delayed in transit to Bursa for several days with no updates provided. In the end, I discovered that my package had gone missing. I reached out to Bershka immediately, hoping for a swift resolution, but they have not responded. Despite their assertion of having opened a request, there has been a complete lack of follow-up or resolution. It seems like they’re taking their time, leaving me without the product or my money. I requested a refund, but there has been no action taken. The absence of communication and follow-through has significantly deteriorated the experience beyond my expectations.
