Bershka Order Delay and Lack of Tracking
On 26 November, I purchased a brown leather jacket with fur details in size M from Bershka’s website using the guest checkout option. I paid ₺2,090 by credit card for this order, and my order number is 40253989979. Although I received an order confirmation message and have my order number, more than a week has passed and I still cannot track my order in any way. There is no cargo tracking information visible on the site, and I cannot find a customer service phone number or any authorised contact person to speak with. The fact that I cannot track my order and that there is no communication channel I can reach is causing me serious grievance. The order was to be delivered to my address but I have not been able to obtain any information about the shipping process. I request a clear and direct explanation as to why cargo tracking has not been activated for my order and I demand that my order be shipped as soon as possible and delivered to me without any further delay.
