Bershka Order Still Not Shipped After 9 Days, Poor Customer Service

I placed an order with Bershka (order number 40262902146) online, and it has been 9 days without any progress. My order is still showing as "preparing," and it hasn’t even been shipped yet. I’m extremely disappointed with how slow the process is for such a large company. This kind of delay makes me think twice about shopping here again. On top of that, the customer service has been unhelpful, repeating the same information without offering any real solutions or speeding up the process. This experience has been frustrating, and I expect Bershka to ship my order immediately and improve their customer service for future issues.
