Bershka Canceled My Order After Making Me Wait for 3 Weeks Without Updates

I waited for three weeks for my order, which was marked as "being prepared." I reached out multiple times to Bershka, seeking an update, but unfortunately, I never got a clear response. After all that waiting and effort, I checked the status only to discover that my order had been canceled without any notification. This is not the first time I’ve encountered a problem with them. It has happened before, and sadly, it appears they persist in treating their customers with the same lack of care. I am frustrated with the way my time is being wasted and I expect Bershka to enhance their order fulfillment and communication processes.
