Bershka Order Still "In Preparation" – Delayed Beyond Expected Store Delivery Date

I placed an order with Bershka on October 11, 2024, which was set to be delivered to the store by October 16. However, it still hasn’t been delivered and only shows as "in preparation." When I contacted customer service through WhatsApp, they said they would forward my complaint to the relevant department, but nothing has changed. I am requesting that my order be shipped immediately, as this delay is unacceptable.
