Bershka Online Order Shows Delivered but Never Received
I ordered a dress from Bershka’s online store on August 30, 2024, and it was supposedly delivered on September 2, 2024. However, I never received the package, even though the tracking system shows it as delivered. When I check the tracking via email, it still says the item is out for delivery. I’ve tried multiple times to reach Bershka’s customer service, but I can’t get through to anyone. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I need this issue resolved urgently. I expect Bershka to resolve the problem and either deliver my order or provide a refund as soon as possible.
