Bershka Failed Same-Day Delivery, Refuses to Refund Shipping Fee
On August 27, I placed an order with Bershka, paying extra for guaranteed same-day delivery. However, the package wasn’t delivered until the next day, August 28. Despite contacting Bershka’s customer service multiple times, they still haven’t refunded the shipping fee. The package wasn’t even dispatched for delivery on the same day, and I provided screenshots to prove it. Instead of addressing the issue, they claimed that I wasn’t home, which is untrue. The delivery was not attempted on the same day as promised. I ended up paying extra for a service I didn’t receive. Bershka, please process my shipping fee refund immediately. This situation is unacceptable!
