Constant Connection Issues with Beko X30 TR POS Device Affecting Payments at My Business

We purchased the Beko X30 TR POS device for our business two months ago, but it has been nothing but trouble. The device consistently fails to connect when processing payments, often resulting in a connection error on the first attempt. It only manages to process the payment on the second try, and this occurs in about 70% of transactions. This repeated error has been frustrating for our customers and disruptive to our business operations.

Additionally, we bought the device with a SIM card to ensure it could connect to the internet independently. However, despite the SIM card, the device has never once connected to the internet on its own. For two months, we have been in constant communication with customer service, but they keep shifting the blame—sometimes on banks, other times claiming it’s a nationwide issue. We need a reliable solution immediately, as this ongoing issue is severely impacting our business.

Don't be fooled by the company's statement that they will reach out as soon as possible; they contacted us on January 3rd thanks to sikayetvar.com. When they came and checked the device, they said that the contactless chip of the device we bought as new was faulty and needed to be replaced. They took the device and brought it back a week later. As a result, on top of our 4-5 month grievance, we ended up with a repaired product that was supposed to be new. Moreover, we had to buy another device to be able to receive payments from customers.
