Beko POS Device Repeated Errors and Customer Loss
The Beko POS device has left me deeply dissatisfied. I purchased it on May 27, 2023, and just three days later, it started displaying an error message indicating it had been dropped or tampered with. I took it to the service center where they replaced a part for a hefty fee of 600 TL. However, on June 24, 2023, less than a month later, the same error reoccurred. When I brought it back to the service center, they informed me that due to the holiday week, there was a backlog of repairs, resulting in a delay in fixing my device. As a result, some of my customers had to abandon their purchases because the POS device wasn't functioning. The Beko POS device has proven to be a regrettable product due to this frustrating experience.
