Hello, I contacted Beko cash register service yesterday and scheduled a service appointment for today between 3 PM and 5 PM. They informed me that the Sarıgazi service team would come. However, the service team did not show up today, and to make matters worse, they closed the service ticket, falsely claiming that they had arrived at my address. It has been about 2 days now, and I haven't been able to use the POS device. Those in the business sector understand that this has resulted in significant financial losses from card transactions. I called the customer helpline, but they weren't very helpful; they simply mentioned that the service team had arrived. I am disappointed because this kind of treatment is not befitting a brand like Beko. I demand that my grievance is addressed, and my losses are compensated promptly.
