38 Days Without a Working Beko POS Device Due to Battery Issue

For 38 days, I’ve been unable to use my Beko POS device due to a battery issue. Despite calling the POS support line over 40 times, no solution has been provided. The financial damage to my business is significant, and I’m shocked that a company like Beko couldn’t supply a battery in over a month. After 38 days, they finally claimed to have found a battery, but when it arrived, it was defective. The support line and the authorized service are completely unresponsive, and there’s absolutely no customer satisfaction. My business has suffered great losses in 38 days, and there is still no solution in sight.
