Beko Washing Machine Does Not Remove Stains Properly
Two days ago, we bought a washing machine from Beko. Unfortunately, it doesn’t remove stains, the clothes don’t smell like fabric softener, and whites don’t come out clean. We contacted the store and technical service, and they came to inspect it. When we pointed out that the machine wasn't removing stains, the representatives simply said, “This is not a stain-removal machine.” If it can’t remove stains, then what is it for? I requested a return, and while they claimed to forward the request to the regional office, they’re now refusing to accept the product back. They are not standing behind what they sell. I intend to sue and demand a refund.
