Beko Refrigerator Persistent Cooling Problems and Service Failures
I purchased a Beko refrigerator in 2019 with a warranty until 2026. Last year, it had cooling issues due to the rear motor guard, which the service said needed removal to prevent overheating. After temporary use, this year the freezer section again had freezing issues, failing to freeze meat within 48 hours. The service blamed overloading, restricting the freezer to just 8 kilograms despite its 100-liter capacity. They emptied the freezer, labeling it as user error, without providing a solution. Despite responsive customer service, the local service in Bandırma has yet to resolve the issue. If not fixed soon, I'll have to escalate this to consumer arbitration, regretting my choice of Beko for its supposed reliability.
The service dismissed it as user error and left it at that. I want them to write a detailed explanatory report, but they didn't.
