Beko's Failed Customer Service for My New Fridge
I'm writing to tell you about my frustrating experience with Beko regarding my new refrigerator, which has been nothing short of a nightmare. Due to the failure of my old fridge, I purchased a new one from Beko's Umraniye branch on July 4, 2023. However, the refrigerator that arrived on July 7 was defective, so I returned it to technical support and asked for a replacement. The service and company assured me that a replacement would be delivered within two days, but this did not occur. When I called Beko's headquarters, they promised delivery on July 14th and even set up an appointment for me. However, guess what? Nobody arrived or called. When I contacted the branch, they blamed the factory for the product's non-delivery and refused to accept responsibility. On July 18, I called Beko's headquarters again, and they promised me an immediate callback. But, predictably, no one reached out. For a reputable brand like Beko, their lack of genuine concern and evasive responses throughout this ordeal is deeply disappointing. It's been 16 days of waiting for a much-needed refrigerator, and the experience has been disappointing.
