My Beko refrigerator has been making loud noises similar to a motor running, disrupting my household. Over the course of six service visits, the compressor has been replaced twice, and the current one is the third. Initially, the noise stopped, but it returned after a short time. When I contacted the service again, they inspected the refrigerator and reported the issue to the main office.
After reviewing the noise recordings I sent, the central team took a week to conclude that the noise is “normal.” If this noise is truly normal, why was the compressor replaced twice? The noise is so disturbing that we can't sleep without closing the kitchen door. This has severely impacted my daily life, and I feel deeply frustrated and let down by Beko. I demand a permanent solution to this issue and expect Beko to uphold their reputation by resolving this problem immediately.
