I just bought a Beko BKT 9121 BTI washing machine, and it's only been 9 days, but I'm already having problems. When the machine enters the spinning cycle, it makes an extremely loud noise. It's so loud that my neighbors have come over to complain about it. The noise is so loud that I can't even use the washing machine without disturbing everyone else. When I contacted Beko customer service, they dispatched a technician to inspect the machine. They discovered no technical flaws, much to my surprise. However, the noise problem has not been resolved. During the spinning cycle, it appears as if the machine is about to explode. I requested a refund and was initially told that they would contact me. After a few hours, they contacted me and informed me that because there is no technical fault, they cannot process the return. This experience has taught me to avoid Turkish brands. I will never buy anything else from Beko again.
